If you have completed design plans for your renovation or extension project, we’ll organise the construction aspect for you by starting with understanding your project design and preferences followed by providing pricing, any engineering, value management and permitting processes that need to occur, followed by the construction phase.

As required we will submit the working drawings to an energy rater to obtain a minimum 7 star...


STAGE 5: VIEWING OUR HOMES

Arrange for a viewing of our previously constructed homes and/or houses...

STAGE 6: PRESENT QUOTATION

Meeting to present quotation to you. If acceptable, proceed to contracts and working drawings.

STAGE 7: SIGN HIA CONTRACT

We take you step by step through the hia contract. The contract we use is a legal document...

STAGE 8: SUBMIT PLANS

Moody builders will submit plans for council planning approval if applicable to your project.
