John has dedicated his life to providing friendly, honest, quality service to the customers of Moody Builders and Seaspray Homes. For over sixty years he has built many, many homes across the Peninsula from very humble abodes of the 60’s when the Peninsula just began its boom to a holiday village, to distinguished architecturally detailed homes from Portsea to Mt Martha and Mt Eliza. John has seen and done it all and the business is very fortunate to have him still providing advice and consult in every area. A passionate supporter of many local sporting clubs including Life Member of the Rye Football Club, he is a well known and loved community member of Rye, Blairgowrie and Sorrento.
